支持哪些支付方式？ / What payment methods are accepted?

我们支持 PayPal 和 IBAN 银行转账。PayPal 安全快捷；IBAN 转账需备注订单号。 / We accept PayPal and IBAN bank transfer. PayPal is fast and secure; IBAN transfers require your order number as reference.

海关查验风险由谁承担？ / Who bears the customs inspection risk?

平台仅承担首次海关查验扣货的损失；首次之后的查验损失由客户自行承担。 / The platform only covers losses from the first customs inspection seizure; subsequent seizures are the customer's responsibility.

签收后出现问题怎么办？ / What if there is an issue after delivery?

签收后所有风险由客户自行承担。签收前请检查外包装，有问题当场拒收并联系客服。 / All post-delivery risks are the customer's responsibility. Inspect packaging before signing and refuse delivery if damaged.

可以购买运输保险吗？ / Can I purchase shipping insurance?

是的，我们提供自愿购买的运输保险。保费为商品价值的1-3%，保障丢失和严重损坏（轻微磨损、签收后损坏不赔）。高价商品（超过100欧元）强烈建议购买。 / Yes, we offer optional shipping insurance. Premium is 1-3% of item value, covering loss and severe damage. Not covering minor wear or post-delivery damage. Strongly recommended for items over €100.

运费怎么计算？ / How is shipping fee calculated?

运费 9 欧元/公斤，最低消费 20 欧元起运。费用含德国/荷兰清关和中国清关的所有税费。 / Shipping fee is 9 EUR/kg, minimum charge 20 EUR. All German/Dutch and Chinese customs clearance taxes are included.

电子产品要多久到货？ / How long does electronics shipping take?

电子产品发货周期为 10-15 个工作日，包括采购、验货、打包、发货。 / Electronics shipping takes 10-15 business days, including procurement, QC, packaging, and shipment.
